About Us

NorAm Capital Holdings, Inc. is the holdings company for new and established small businesses in a variety of industries.

We established ourselves as a holdings company in 2010 with the creation of NorAm Debt Management, LLC to provide debt portfolio services within the debt trading industry. Since then, NorAm Debt Management, LLC has cultivated a successful track record trading and brokering debt portfolios; advising debt portfolio investors on maximizing profitability; and providing agency management services to debt issuers and buyers.

We expanded into small business services in 2014 by establishing NorAm Financial Services, Inc. The financial management company helps business owners and nonprofit organizations with crucial bookkeeping services, including accounts payable and receivable, bank and credit card reconciliation and critical payroll services.
